Open to legal US residents who are 18 years prior to August 2004 with internet access. Employees and their immediate family of Marie Claire and OPI (“Sponsors”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible. To enter, complete and submit the online entry form at www.opi.com/marieclaire by 11:59:59PM EST on 9/3/04. One entry per household. Sponsors not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures. Winner will be selected by OPI at random on or about 9/10/04 from all eligible entries received and notified by mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Expenses not included in prize description are the sole responsibility of winners, including any taxes on prizes. Prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that Sponsors may use (unless prohibited) their name, address, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and Sponsors shall have no liability of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or from the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
