Apply OPI Infinite Shine Primer. Apply 2-3 coats of OPI Alpine Snow. Let dry.

Use OPI Indignantly Inigo and paint one bright blue brush stroke on each nail (as pictured). To get the uneven edges, first pat the brush on a pice of paper to remove excess lacquer. When the brush is almost "dry" place it on a nail and make one quick but firm stroke.

Use the same technique and OPI Unequivocally Crimson to paint a red stroke on all nails as pictured.
