DELIVERY All our parcels are delivered per DHL to the address indicated by you at the time of your order. The delivery is carried out in principle by standard shipment within 2 to 4 working days (effective time depending on DHL) as from the moment you receive an e-mail from OPI Switzerland, indicating that your parcel was taken in charge.

CONSUMER: The buyer undertakes to check the products ordered immediately upon receipt and to inform OPI Switzerland of any defects or damage to the products, such as Errors in the quantity or type of products delivered or damaged product. In the event of such a defect, the buyer has the right to complain about the products received within five (5) days of receipt. Complaints can be sent by email with proof of the damage in the form of a photo to wellasuisse@wella.com. Customer service will then contact the buyer.

In the specific cases of altered texture or color or incompatibility, the buyer must first contact OPI Switzerland Customer Service by email at wellasuisse@wella.com within five (5) days of receipt. Customer Service will then contact the buyer.

For all other complaints, the buyer can contact OPI Switzerland customer service by e-mail at wellasuisse@wella.com.

OPI Switzerland will examine each return and may refuse to refund until the products have been received or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the products. If OPI Switzerland receives a product returned by the buyer that does not comply with the return conditions and consequently the purchase price cannot be refunded, and if the buyer requests OPI Switzerland to return the product to him, the delivery costs will be charged to the buyer.

All risks of returning the product shall be covered by the buyer.
