OPI – Repair Mode trial 2023 (Terms and Conditions)

1. This promotion is made available by OPI UK, Registered Address5 St George’s Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 4DR United Kingdom The promotion is operated through the website https://www.opi.com/en-GB/ (Website).

2. Terms of participation: By inputting your details in the following link: https://questionpro.com/t/AR75TZyB3p you are agreeing to participate in the product trial. 20 customers will be selected at random to be part of the trial. Participation in the product trial is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms and Conditions. When testing product/s you agree to test the product/s in accordance with the instructions provided and complete the required feedback/review within the required time frame. We will display both positive and negative reviews but all content will be moderated to ensure it is appropriate for publication on our website. When testing product/s you will give your honest feedback within the required time frame and any feedback provided may be used for research and for making marketing claims in relation to the product.

The Participant grants The company the right to organically use and re-use the content created in connection with the OPI Repair Mode Trial 2023 on their own social media platform (@opinailsuk, @opiuki_pro) Press (Trade & Consumer), Print and Marketing Material. If the Company would like to extend or amend this usage, we will contact the Model confirming amendments with a revised contract for signature.

On June 1st, you will receive an email from opiuk@email.opi.com to remind you to leave a review on our site. The review you write on our website must be associated to the same email address you have inputted in the survey.

You will receive a 20% discount in the form of a coupon code if your review is accepted by our team. The coupon code is valid for one-time use only and for one month from the day you receive it.​ You will be able to retain any unused product/s after the product trial has completed. The coupon code excludes Repair Mode and the new Nail Envy® range. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not test any product/s where you and your family members have a known allergy to any of the product ingredients or allergy to similar types of products to those being tested. 3. Use limitation: Product in the product trial is designed to be used as per the instructions on the product packaging and in the email you will have received from us prior to you trialling the product. The instructions are repeated as follows: (1) Apply 1 layer of the nail serum 2 times a day on bare nails for 6 days. (2) Take an image of your nails before & after your first application on Day 1. (3) Take a check-in image on Day 3 and a final image on Day 6 and share them with us via a direct message DM on Instagram @OPINailsUK. We inform you to not share pictures on social media until our official product launch June 1st. 4. Limitation of liability: In no event shall OPI UK&I be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of participation in the product trial or connected with the use or misuse of product/s supplied as part of the product trial.

5. Data protection: Where you provide your personal data in the survey, OPI UK&I will only use it for the purposes of participation in the product trial, fulfilling its contractual agreement with you and for any additional contract administration. For the purposes of our agreement with you OPI UK&I is the Data Controller. OPI UK&I will treat your personal data as strictly confidential and will not share it with others except as necessary for proper administration of this Agreement. OPI UK&I will retain your personal data only as long as it is required for the purposes of the product trial.

Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in the cancelation of your participation in the product trial.

By taking part in this product trial you agree to have no further claim whatsoever against OPI UK&I relating to the participation in the product trial or the above terms, conditions and notices.

The above shall be governed by the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
