#TutorialTuesday: Soft Shade Lemon Drops

We don't know about you but we're loving cool yellows for the upcoming Spring and Summer months.

It's no secret that the color yellow is the symbol of sunshine and happiness, and this nail art is no exception.

Follow these steps (or take them to your local nail tech) to get the look of 'fun in the sun' on your fingertips:

1. Apply one coat of OPI's Natural Nail Base Coat to each of your nails. Let dry.

2. Apply 2 thin coats of yellow nail polish shade of choice, we love Blinded by the Ring Light, to each nail. Let dry.

3. Once your nails are completely dry, carefully apply a thin coat of OPI Top Coat to your nails.

Pro Tip- Let your nails COMPLETELY dry before moving on to the next step. Using resin instead of nail glue will help the embellishments last longer. You can purchase resin at your local beauty supply store!

4. Using nail embellishments (in this case we used yellow gems) and resin, carefully apply the gems to the base of your nail. Working up towards the tip of your nail, scatter a few more gems to achieve your desired look. For fun, alternate the number of gems you put on each nail!
