Step by Step
Step 1
Wash and sanitize hands with Swiss Hand Guard Gel.
Step 2
Remove any existing lacquer with Expert Touch Nail Wipes saturated with Expert Touch Lacquer Remover.
Step 3
Sweet move. Create an all-natural sugar scrub by combining organic olive oil with brown sugar, then gently exfoliate hands using a circular motion and light pressure. Remove using a hot towel.
Step 4
Clean nails with Expert Touch Nail Wipes, saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Step 5
File nails to coveted shape using the Edge 240 File.
Step 6
Apply a small amount of OPI Pro Spa Exfoliating Cuticle Cream onto a nail wipe, then apply to cuticles using the back of the Pusher Plus. Rub in and let sit for one minute.
Step 7
Gently push back the softened cuticles using the Pusher Plus.
Step 8
Get rid of residue with Expert Touch Nail Wipes saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Step 9
Use the sides of the Dexterity Tool to remove the loosened cuticle from the nail plate. If needed, remove excess with Accu Nip Precision Nipper.
Step 10
Lightly buff with nail buffer.
Pro Tip: Skip buffing if the client’s nails have issues with staining.
Step 11
Dust a move with Expert Touch Nail Wipes saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Step 12
Keep that natural theme going strong and use warm coconut oil as a natural alternative to massage cream. Massage hands for 2 minutes.
Step 13
Clean up any oil from the nail bed with Expert Touch Nail Wipes saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Step 14
Apply one coat of OPI Bond Aid pH Balancing Agent.
Pro Tip: Set the foundation with our 2-in-1 Botanical Base Coat if clients want a boost of AHAs.
Step 15
Apply one coat of Nature Strong and cap the free edge. Wait to dry, then apply second coat.
Step 16
Totes optional. Apply one coat of Nature Strong Top Coat and cap the free edge to seal the look.
