  4. Apply 1 coat of Activator and wait for 4 minutes.
  5. Shape and contour with a 180 grit file then smooth with a 100/180 grit buffer. Remove excess dust.
  6. Apply 1 coat of Activator and wait the appropriate time. 2 minutes for US and 4 minutes for International.
  7. Create 3-D clovers by dipping a nail art brush into Activator and pick up 1 tiny bead of Duomo Days, Isola Nights. Apply the bead to the center of the nail and continue to pick up 3 more to resemble a 4 leaf clover. Continue to create a half clover above and below, allowing the base and top of the clover to cut off so only use 3 beads.
  8. Apply 2 coats of Top Coat over the entire design. Allow for each coat to dry for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Finish by removing the excess powder with a cosmetic brush. Add a drop of Cuticle Oil to each nail and massage in.
