Prepare your dipping cups by filling with Powder Perfection Achievement Unlocked and Clear Color Set Powder.

Apply one coat of OPI OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to one nail leaving the perimeter free. Immediately dip the nail into OPI OPI Powder Perfection Achievement Unlocked. Lightly brush away excess with a cosmetic brush. Repeat for coverage, covering the entire nail with the second coat.

Apply a thin layer of OPI OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to the nail. Use an oval brush dipped in holographic flakes to brush flakes over the entire nail.

Apply a thin layer of OPI OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to the entire nail. Starting at the cuticle line, use a crystal applicator to press silver holographic squares into the base coat.

Pro Tip: Pick up squares with a tweezer and cut to fit smaller areas.

Continue staggering squares corner to corner until the nail is covered, reapplying the base coat as needed. Once the design is complete apply OPI OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat and immediately dip in OPI OPI Powder Perfection Clear Color Set Powder. Dust off excess powder. Apply one generous coat of OPI OPI Powder Perfection Activator and wait 1-2 minutes (4 minutes for International).

Apply two coats of OPI OPI Powder Perfection Top Coat and allow to dry 1-2 minutes between each coat. Apply OPI ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil and massage in.

Pro Tip: Float your OPI OPI Powder Perfection Top Coat brush and use minimal strokes when applying. Overworking your Top Coat will result in a matte finish.
