How to Apply Gel Nail Polish

First thing's first, follow OPI’s GelColor Prep guidelines and steps.

Shake up your GelColor Stay Classic Base Coat vigorously for a minute to make sure the product is mixed and ready to mingle.

Apply a thin coat evenly without flooding the cuticle area. Cap the free edge.

Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI STAR LIGHT Gel Lamp.

Shake GelColor shade of choice vigorously for a minute.

Apply 1 thin coat, leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle area. Cap the free edge to prevent shrinkage.

Cure for 30 seconds, then repeat step 6.

Shake GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat for a minute.

Apply a thin coat, leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle area. Cap the free edge to seal in GelColor.

Last cure, we promise. Cure for 30 seconds.

Remove gel residue with a Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution and voila!
