Start with clean dry hands.
Step 3
Trim nails if needed and shape as desired with a 240-grit nail file.
Step 4
Gently glide a cuticle pusher along the nail plate, pushing back the proximal fold and loosening cuticle from the nail plate.
Step 5
Use a cuticle removal tool to remove any remaining cuticle from the nail.
Step 6
If using an e-file, use a cuticle prep bit on a low speed.
Step 7
Gently guide the bit around the perimeter of the sidewalls and cuticle line.
Step 8
If necessary, trim away any excess dead skin with a cuticle nipper.
Step 9
Lightly buff the surface of the nail, referencing the grit chart on the downloadable PDF. Focus on the perimeter of the nail around the cuticle line and sidewalls.
Step 10
Scrub the nail with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution to remove any oil or debris.
Step 11
Apply a coat of BondAid to each nail. Allow to dry.
