    1. Tile Art To Warm Your Heart blue nail polish

      Ingredients:

      - 1-2 cup of frozen blueberries
      - 1 frozen banana
      - 1 cup of unsweetened nut milk (I used @silk almond milk)
      - 1 scoop of vegan protein (@bnlabs for me)
      - 2 tsp of blue spirulina
      - 1 tsp of Maca powder (optional for added benefits)

      Toppings:

      - Toasted coconut
      - Chia seeds
      - Hemp seeds
      - Fresh blueberries

      Directions:

      1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender until mixed well. Add extra almond milk for a smoothie consistency.
      2. Top with your favorite goodies for extra texture.
      3. Enjoy for breakfast or anytime you need a pick me up.
